Components
BPS system and machine control components are
used in OEM designs and after-market retrofits, in these applications:
- off-highway/mobile construction equipment
- material handling vehicles, work machines
- cranes, elevators
- mining equipment
- robotics, industrial automation
MVDM586-BPS
Display
Module is located in the cab for reliable data collection
and master machine control. Integral I/O extends the control system to include a joystick,
switches, etc.
Dimensions: depends on the housing (standard housing:
200x160x35mm) |
MVINC-CO-1-180-MIL
Inclinometers
provide accurate angle measurements and are mounted on the main boom
and on the bucket (or attachment).
Dimensions: 75x80x57mm
MVINC-CO-2-180-MIL
Excavator Pitch/Roll Sensor
An inclinometer mounted on the excavator frame adds accuracy to the BPS
system and permits cross slope control.

MVBPS-LED
LED
Display Module (optional)
offers simple visual indication of inclinometer angle or laser receiver
level. A beeper sounds for audible indication. |
MVLRX-CO-MIL
Laser
Receiver (optional)
features laser guided leveling for use in excavation and grading at
construction sites.
Dimensions: 250x52x78 mm

Contact us for the information
of BPS 3D!
BPS 3D understands commercially available 3D-models and includes a
GPS-receiver and antenna. BPS 3D calculates the exact machine
and
tool position in the model of job site plan.

to site 3D systems!
A 3D system is typically a separate computer that handles GPS
information and provides a 3D model of the job site. This computer may
have a graphical display providing mapping information to the operator.
The BPS system supports commercially available 3D systems and provides
several different values for the 3D system (i.e. bucket tip position,
excavator roll and pitch angles). Height and error deviation from the
job site plan are displayed on the Display Module screen. The BPS
Display Module uses RS-232 communications to interface with the 3D
computer.
