Levelling Led Display MVLLD

Product description

The MVLLD-module is a simple HMI-module. It is capable of reading angular information from CAN bus or RS232. The standard product is designed to use with MVINC-CO-2 inclinometer module.

The MVLLD module has two 20 LED rows in a x - shape configuration (red color ) and one green led in the middle. There is also a push button for calibration.

The correspondence between inclinometer module measurement axes and the LED - pattern of the MVLLD - module. Each red-led represents an error of one degree.

The green led in the middle is illuminated when the iclinometer module is in level, having a 0 degree tilt on both axis. The user may calibrate different inclinometer angle for a referenceangle.

Power supply for the module is nominal 24V (with a range of 9 - 30V). The module is protected against reverse polarity and overvoltage. The module is designed for harsh environments. The aluminum housing is sealed to IP65 (IP67 versions are available). The standard module has spring-loaded connectors inside the module case, wich require no separate external connectors for the wiring. The module can also be supplied with customer-specific connectors and packaging.

Applications

Typical applications include for example: User interface for manually levelling e.g. an areal lift (with MVINC-CO-2) As a master unit (with MVMIO24 module and MVINC-CO-2) for automatic levelling a platform

The unit can be sold as a PCB-level product. The customer can install the module for example in a remote control panel or dashboard.

The product can be sold as a ready to install package. The package can contain for example: MVLLD-CO, with MIL-style connectors MVINC-CO-2, with MIL-style connectors Cable (e.g. 10 meters in length with mating connectors) between the modules Power cable (e.g. 5 meters in length with mating connector.)
