RETURN MATERIALS POLICY

All products to be returned to Axiomatic require a part number and serial number at that time. Goods should be returned in their original anti-static packaging.

Our warranty is FOB our plant (ex-works). This means freight costs are the responsibility of our customer for products returned to Axiomatic and for repaired/replacement products shipped from Axiomatic back to the customer

We do CAN

Currently two of the world´s leading higher-level Controller Area Network (CAN) protocols are CANopen and J1939. CANopen is the leading protocol in Europe, and J1939 has the biggest markets in North America and Japan. We are a member of CANopen support organization (CAN in Automation, CiA)
